BI 10X Penalties Associated with Academic Dishonesty

1) All instances of academic dishonesty (cheating, plagiarism, assisting, fabrication, or tampering) will be documented and will negatively impact the grade earned in the course.
2) Tampering or assisting with tampering (altering, stealing, or interfering) with any exam will be grounds for receiving an "F" grade in the course.
3) Plagiarism, cheating, fabrication, or assisting with any of these forms of academic dishonesty will result in a "zero points" grade for that exam, portfolio, or lecture puzzle.  Two or more instances of plagiarism, cheating, or assisting will result in receiving an "F" grade in the course.
4) Instances of academic dishonesty will be reported to the OSU Office of Student Conduct.
