Population and community ecology, restoration ecology, conservation biology, quantitative analysis and computer modeling.

Description of Research

quadratsMy research group conducts basic scientific investigations in population and community ecology and applies our findings to the restoration, conservation, and management of endangered ecosystems. Our study systems are Willamette Valley native prairies. Methodological tools include field and laboratory experiments, quantitative analysis, computer modeling, and adaptive management.
