Students are encouraged to apply for graduation three terms in advance of the desired graduate date (e.g. for graduation in June, apply by the end of the second week of Fall Term).

Please notify the Registrar’s Office Degree Clearance Specialist of any changes to your academic program or graduation date as soon as possible, and meet with your advisor often to verify degree requirements are met.

Degree Audits are posted online on Student Online Services. You may view your degree audit online by going to Student Online Services, then Degree Audit, then View Previous Evaluation, and click on the most recent one.
