Supported participants will be mainly housed on OSU campus. You will
receive information about your housing along with information about
your support.
Other attendees are encouraged to make their own hotel arrangements.

not need to reference a group name when making the reservation as the
$129/night is their standard rate.

$89/night (single) or $99/night (double) plus tax. To make reservations,
please call 541-752-0800. Please mention that you are with the Multiscale
Nonlinear Systems group when making your reservation. Reservations need to
be made by May 20th to receive the discounted rate.
- On campus accomodations in dormitories: in
Halsell Residence Hall . Those staying in dorms should have
received a confirmation from OSU Conference Services by now. Contact
us (the workshop's organizing committee) if this is not the case.
For those staying in the Dorm, Halsell Hall: You will need to call
this number upon arrival to check in (please call 10 minutes or more
prior to arrival): 541-230-4077. Halsell Hall is located at 644 SW
17th, on the corner of Washington Way and 17th.
Regarding Web
access for people staying in dorms: If you would like to sign up for
free internet access in your room, you will need to fill out the following
form. It may take up to one business day for the connection to be
activated, so we suggest that you fill it out before you arrive. If
you are having trouble with the form, please contact the ResNet Help
Desk. When you arrive to campus, plug your computer into the
orange jack above the desk.

We recommend that all supported participants use Azumano Travel Agency
contracted with Oregon State University to arrange for their airplane tickets.

Oregon State University is located in Corvallis, Oregon, which is
accessed by the Portland International Airport (PDX) to the North or the
Eugene Regional Airport to the South. Shuttle service is available from
both airports.

Parking information and a link to OSU maps.
Additional informaiton about parking on the OSU Campus: Parking is
available on-campus for $5 per day, in designated visitor lots or
student lots. Permits are required and must be visible at all
times. They may be purchased at any one of the 'Pay & Display'
stations located throughout campus or purchased directly from Parking
Services (8am-5pm Monday-Friday), Adams Hall - Corvallis, OR.
Visitors may also park in the parking garage located on the corner of
26th and Washington Way (just down the way from Halsell). Payments can
be made at the 'Pay & Display' stations located throughout the garage.
