Goals and purpose

The College of Science Student Travel Fund (COSSTA) awards funds to students in the College to encourage and support students to attend international professional conferences outside of the U.S. to present research results. These awards are given quarterly; a departmental or grant match is required. Please note that due to a high volume of requests and limited funds we cannot approve every application.

Individual awards

Average $500

May only be used for student travel to an international conference (hosted in another country) for the purpose of making a presentation, preferably an oral presentation.
